Achievements include a highly successful client conversion rate securing many lucrative clients, directorship of multiple successful companies, multiple industry awards as a trainee, top performer for new client engagement, and creation of an award-winning apprenticeship programme. He has also successfully consolidated teams and introduced development processes for staff progression, and co-founded Wyre Training & Development Ltd, a company assisting the unemployed into employment through training and employability guidance.

An avid fundraiser for charities close to his heart, he has completed three marathons, the three peaks challenge, Tough Guy events and more, and keeps fit through boxing, running and cycling.
